Massage therapy and reflexology in Montréal

Karina Leconte, massage and kinesitherapy therapist for more than seventeen years. Care that listens to your body: massage therapy, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage and ionic foot baths.

Hello everyone,

Ever since I was young, I have been deeply sensitive to other people's pain, and passionate about being able to relieve it.

As a little girl, I massaged my grandmother's feet with stones I had found in our yard.

Anyone who knows me will tell you: I love taking care of people. At work, I listen first, then guide my treatment accordingly, to offer professional care that meets your needs.

I have been a massage therapist for more than seventeen years, and spa massage was my first experience in the field. Now a massage and kinesitherapy therapist, I keep learning new techniques to offer you care of the highest quality.

I look forward to taking care of you,

Karina Leconte, massage and kinesitherapy therapist

Frequently asked questions

Is massage therapy compatible with physiotherapy or osteopathy?

Yes. Massage therapy is highly complementary to physiotherapy, osteopathy, occupational therapy, kinesiology and acupuncture. It helps the body respond better to the treatments, exercises and recommendations of your other professionals, for faster and more complete results.

Can lymphatic drainage help before or after surgery?

Manual lymphatic drainage helps the body before and after surgery. This very gentle, slow massage helps clear excess fluid and accumulated waste, while being deeply relaxing. Please also discuss it with your doctor or surgeon.

Do you offer pregnancy massage?

Yes. Karina offers massage adapted to pregnancy. Mention it when you book so she can prepare the session accordingly.

Who should not have an ionic foot bath?

Ionic foot baths are not recommended for children under 8, people with a pacemaker or a personal defibrillator, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in cases of severe kidney failure, organ transplant with anti-rejection medication, ongoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy, or chronic epilepsy treated with medication.
