Points linked to the whole body

Foot reflexology is said to have originated in Peru around 12,000 BC. In Chinese, the word for "foot" is said to mean "the part of the body that safeguards health".

Reflexology is the technique of massaging reflex points linked to every part of the body. Arranged according to anatomy, these points are mainly located on the feet, hands and head.

Massaging them aims to restore the balance of vital energy in all the glands and organs of the body. It is a treatment that is both deeply relaxing and very targeted.
